D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Content Creator. The right candidate is responsible for developing engaging multimedia content that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales objectives across digital channels. This role creates compelling content for social media, websites, video platforms, email campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives that enhance the customer journey and strengthen the company's brand presence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Capture, create, edit, and deliver high-quality multimedia content, including video, photography, graphics, and social media assets for organic and paid digital marketing campaigns
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in content shoots, interviews, community visits, home tours, promotional events, and other marketing activations to generate original content
  • Develop content that supports national campaigns, community launches, seasonal initiatives, product promotions, and other business priorities across multiple digital channels
  • Edit and optimize content for various social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising while tailoring creative assets for platform-specific audiences and formats
  • Manage content production schedules and collaborate with marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of content aligned with campaign calendars and project deadlines
  • Partner with homeowners, content creators, influencers, internal stakeholders, and on-camera talent to maximize storytelling opportunities and create authentic, engaging brand experiences
  • Monitor content performance, audience engagement, and emerging digital trends to recommend creative enhancements that improve reach, engagement, and overall campaign effectiveness
  • Maintain consistent brand identity, visual standards, messaging guidelines, and quality across all content while ensuring compliance with company policies and marketing standards
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining digital content libraries, media assets, and production files for future marketing use
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the Company

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Advertising, Graphic Design, Film, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three (3) or more years of experience creating digital content for social media, marketing campaigns, or brand communications
  • Experience capturing and editing photo and video content using professional cameras and mobile devices
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications
  • Experience creating content for major social media platforms Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applications
  • Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
  • The noise level is generally moderate
