Legal Assistant Aide
Our client located in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Legal Assistant Aide to join our Dallas office. This entry-level to junior-level role is designed for a candidate with foundational law firm experience who is seeking long-term growth within a professional, corporate legal environment. This is a direct hire in office position.

Legal Assistant Aide Role:
The Legal Assistant Aide provides essential administrative and operational support to attorneys and legal assistants across practice groups. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a structured law firm setting.
Support attorneys with e-filings both State and Federal, discovery management, docketing/deadlines, deposition and trial prep, and formatting/filing pleadings.
Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and legal assistants
Scan, file, and maintain electronic and physical client records
Assist with document preparation and formatting
Coordinate internal document processing requests
Provide back-up support to practice groups as needed
Manage copying, binding, and general document organization
Assist with scheduling and additional administrative tasks
Support office-wide initiatives and team projects
Legal Assistant Aide Background Profile:
12 years of prior law firm experience required such as legal receptionist, file clerk and legal aide.
Experience must come from a corporate, transactional, business, or other white-collar legal practice environment
Candidates with backgrounds primarily in personal injury, immigration, or other high-volume plaintiff practices will not be considered
Professional services experience required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Reliable, team-oriented, and professional demeanor
Experience working in a mid-size or large law firm
