Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support field crew members to ensure project quality and timeliness.
  • Safely operate ladders and tools at heights, often working on rooftops and in tight spaces.
  • Lift and carry equipment or materials up to 80 pounds.
  • Input job information, photos, and reports via company tablet and mobile apps.
  • Read and follow technical manuals and building codes as part of ongoing training.
  • Maintain a clean, safe worksite and comply with all safety regulations.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members to ensure great customer service.


Qualifications

  • Comfortable with heights and physically able to lift 80+ pounds.
  • Willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Experience with tools and hands-on repair work required; chimney-specific experience is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
  • Must own reliable transportation for transit to work.
  • Strong character, work ethic, and team-minded attitude.
  • Experience leading a crew or taking responsibility on job sites is strongly preferred.
