As a member of NorcomCT's technical services team, you will be an integral part of our core mission to provide technology solutions and services that help first responders, towns, and cities support and protect their communities. Our technical staff provides "best in class" support to keep our client's mission critical systems up and available every day. Motorola is the world leader in public safety communications and NorcomCT is the premier Motorola partner in New England.
Our company provides a wide range of products and services and our technical services team is made up of a variety of positions and specialties. We are currently seeking applicants for Service Technician/Field Engineer. Service Technicians/Field Engineers provide repair and implementation service and support at the client's location with company supplied vehicles.
This position requires basic electronics and computer/IT training and/or experience. Salary, daily responsibilities and the opportunity for advancement are based on the skills and experience that a candidate possesses. All interested individuals are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
Pay Rate: $29.00 to $43.00/hour ($60,320.00 - $89,440 annually)
Pay rate based on applicant's skills, experience, training/education, certifications and licenses.

Location
Naugatuck, CT - This position is based out of our Naugatuck Headquarters to support clients throughout Connecticut and occasionally in Western Massachusetts. Once training is completed, this position may be dispatched from an employee's home so long as it is within our service area. Employees are required to travel to our Naugatuck headquarters location during the workday to facilitate onboarding and training and as required going forward.
