Job description
This isn't just an entry-level role - and it's not quite a full supervisory position either.
It's a hands-on internship designed for future Clinical Leaders.
At CSD, Clinical Leader Intern supports the design and delivery of evidence-based behavioral health services for children with autism spectrum disorders and/or related developmental disabilities. Working under the supervision of a licensed or credentialed Clinical Leader, this role assists in implementing treatment plans aligned with physician recommendations across home, school, and other natural settings.
Starting Pay: $27-$33 per hour, based on experience

About the OpportunityAs an Clinical Leader Intern you will:
Direct Client SupportProvide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies
Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders
Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills
Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings
Carry a limited caseload with added responsibility, supported by senior clinicians
Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in-field coaching opportunities
Assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity
Support parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders
Collaborate with Training and Operations teams as part of your learning experience
This role is not independent supervision - it's guided, mentored exposure to leadership as you grow.

Reliable transportation
Ability to complete training, documentation, and physical requirements of the role
Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID - CA mandated)
Comfort working with diverse populations
