ABOUT THE ROLE

The Junior Experience Specialist (JrES) is the front-line "mood-setter" at Color Factory. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are passionate about art, community, and hospitality. Under the guidance of senior staff, you will help bring our installations to life by greeting guests with enthusiasm, ensuring our spaces remain pristine, and learning the "why" behind our artistic vision

ABOUT YOU
  • You possess a friendly and inviting disposition. Creates comfortable conditions to communicate, meet with, and share artist or installation information.

  • You are able to adapt to guest needs while maintaining safety and brand standards.

  • You possess a willingness to perform routine cleaning, assist with spills or messes, and ensure merchandise is well-stocked and displayed.

  • You are a brand ambassador for Color Factory, maintaining a professional appearance and a positive, joyful attitude throughout the shift.

  • You are willing and flexible to perform duties given by leadership outside of retail and the selling of alcoholic beverages.


SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be of legal working age and still in secondary school, or recently graduated.

  • A "no task is too small" mentality and a genuine love for helping people.

  • Highly reliable with a track record of showing up on time and ready to work.

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Comfortable speaking to guests and working in a loud, high-energy environment.

  • Must be able to lift/carry 50+ lbs
