Are you seeking consistent miles, newer equipment, and reliable home time you can count on? 365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations out of Scranton, PA, serving regional lanes across the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I-35). We are hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals who want a dependable career. We provide 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking at our Scranton location, and comprehensive benefits to support drivers both on the road and at home.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
  • Base Rate: $0.55 per mile (CPM) for all miles, loaded and empty.
  • Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).
