What You'll Be Doing

As a Production Associate, you will:

  • Follow step-by-step instructions

  • Learn multiple machines and processes

  • Ability to lift 30-40 pounds and repetitive work.
  • Requires some Hand-Eye Coordination and Gross Motor skills.
  • Stand for 8 hour shift while operating machines.

This is a hands-on job that requires focus, precision, moderate physical activity, and a positive attitude.


What We're Looking For
  • Entry-level or experienced - we'll train you

  • Machine operator experience 6 months or so, or similar (ex: fast food, short order cook, etc.)
  • Shows up on time and ready to work every day

  • Willing to learn and grow within the company

  • Willing to work on large industrial machinery
