As entry-level nurses, they may receive additional training specific to ophthalmic procedures and surgery center protocols.

What are some common challenges faced by entry-level RNs in an eye surgery center, and how can they overcome them?

Entry-level RNs in an eye surgery center often encounter challenges such as adapting to fast-paced surgical schedules, mastering specialized ophthalmic procedures, and ensuring seamless coordination with surgeons and surgical techs.
