Job description


The Role
As part of the Finance team in Chicago this role will be supporting both the Chicago operations and the NY Operations. This is an entry level position that performs a critical function with room to grow as experience and efficiencies are developed. The role will be responsible for supporting monthly financial close processes, including account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and settlement activities, while assisting with statutory reporting and group ledger submissions. This includes accuracy and timeliness of financial records in compliance with internal and external requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Reconciling various bank accounts each month
  • Maintaining entries and reconciliations for intercompany payables/receivables each month
  • Assisting preparation of various annual and quarterly statutory financial statements
  • Preparation of entries and wire requests for various monthly settlements
  • Various UK parent group provided entries and ledger summary submissions
