Job Summary

Provides exercise programs. Assists with daily program operation including tours, enrolling participants, handling money, and customer service. Acts as a personal trainer for clients. Teaches proper exercise technique. Counsels clients based on fitness needs. Develops fitness programs based on client needs. Services include fitness assessment, exercise prescription, exercise supervision, and fitness class instruction. Work requires decision-making skills, emergency medical skills, supervisory skills, written and verbal communication skills. Incumbent should strive to be physically fit and live a healthy lifestyle to be a role model for the clients. Provides a caring relationship that facilitates health, and healing. Performs other duties as assigned.
