About the Role:
Universal Rehab in Houston, TX is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Office Staff member to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in a healthcare environment where your contributions make a real difference in patients' lives every day.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Maintain and update patient records and data entry in office systems
  • Process and organize medical and administrative paperwork and filing
  • Assist with general office duties including supply management and daily operations
  • Recruiting new Clinical staff
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or higher a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare or medical office environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
