Job Description
Hearst Television is seeking a Advertising Data Analyst. The Advertising Data Analyst will support all measurement, reporting, and analytics functions tied to Hearst Television's digital advertising campaigns. This role is responsible for producing dashboards, translating performance data into actionable insights, and supporting the strategic execution of the advertising roadmap. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Advanced Advertising, this person will assist in attribution, data integration, client insights, and internal platform performance delivery.
This role requires in-office presence. Candidates may be considered for this role at any Hearst Television location.
Responsibilities
  • Develop regular performance dashboards and campaign reports using Power BI
  • Support attribution and performance analysis across digital advertising channels
  • Deliver insights that inform sales, product, and platform performance
  • Assist in the management of data pipelines across CRM, OMS, and DSPs
  • Execute insights-driven action plans under direction of VP, Advanced Advertising
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to internal stakeholders
  • Support activation of AI-driven optimization and campaign pacing strategies
  • Monitor and document KPI trends across active campaigns and platform usage

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, or related field
  • 2+ years in digital marketing, advertising operations, or campaign analytics
  • Experience with Power BI, Excel, and basic data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with advertising KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, CPV, and conversion tracking
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive problem-solver and collaborator across teams

The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, market demands and conditions, including geographic location where the work will be performed, and other factors permitted by law.
