Job description

Chiavaris is hiring dependable team members to help deliver, load, unload, set up, and pick up event seating across the Chicagoland area. This is a flexible, demand-driven contractor opportunity for workers who are active, responsive, professional, and ready to be part of a high-standard operation.

What the work looks like
Team members support deliveries and pickups by helping with:

  • loading and unloading chairs and related equipment
  • preparing orders for delivery
  • setting up and breaking down at event locations
  • maintaining professionalism at venues and client sites
  • supporting route execution and warehouse flow

This is active physical work. Workers should expect lifting, carrying, walking, loading, unloading, and working efficiently as part of a team.

Schedule structure
This is a part-time, demand-driven contractor opportunity based on:

  • client demand
  • route needs
  • seasonality
  • your availability

Work opportunities are offered digitally, and workers may accept opportunities based on availability. There is no requirement to accept every opportunity offered. However, once a shift or assignment is accepted, Chiavaris expects a real commitment to show up on time and complete the work reliably.
