About The Bizarre Agency

The Bizarre Agency is looking for an Event Assistant to join our team in Coral Gables, FL.

This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity with on-site training provided. We welcome applicants from throughout the Miami area, including recent graduates, career changers, and candidates from hospitality, retail, customer service, restaurants, events, promotions, and other customer-facing backgrounds.

No previous experience is required.


The Opportunity

As an Event Assistant, you’ll support client campaigns at events, retail locations, shopping centers, and promotional locations throughout the Miami area.

You’ll interact directly with customers, provide information about client products, services, or campaigns, and help create positive experiences during each activation.

This is a fully in-person position for someone who enjoys working with people and prefers an active, face-to-face working environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally at events and promotional locations

• Engage directly with customers and introduce client campaigns

• Explain products, services, features, benefits, and promotional offers

• Answer customer questions clearly and professionally

• Provide friendly and personalized face-to-face customer experiences

• Assist customers with registrations, purchases, or sign-ups where applicable

• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and live events

• Gather customer feedback and campaign information

• Record campaign activity and results accurately

• Work with team members to support daily event objectives
