About The Bizarre Agency

The Bizarre Agency is growing in Miami, and we’re looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team as Event Marketing Assistants.

This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, so previous marketing experience is not required. We welcome applicants from across the Miami area with backgrounds in hospitality, retail, customer service, events, promotions, sales, or other customer-facing positions.


The Opportunity

As an Event Marketing Assistant, you’ll represent client campaigns at live events, promotional locations, and community activations throughout the Miami area.

You’ll spend your day interacting with customers face to face, introducing campaigns, answering questions, and helping create a positive experience for the brands and organizations we represent.

If you’re confident speaking with people, enjoy being part of an energetic team, and want hands-on experience in marketing and customer engagement, this could be a great fit.


Key Responsibilities

• Represent client campaigns professionally at events and promotional locations

• Speak with customers face to face and create positive brand experiences

• Introduce products, services, or campaign initiatives clearly and confidently

• Build rapport with customers and understand their interests and needs

• Answer customer questions professionally

• Assist with customer registrations, sign-ups, or purchases where applicable

• Maintain strong knowledge of current client campaigns

• Accurately record daily campaign activity and customer feedback

• Work alongside the team to support daily campaign objectives
