Digital Marketing Assistant | Century 21 Results

Pay: $40,000 annual salary
Reports To: Digital Marketing Director
Location: Cumming, GA | In-Person

We're looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role serves as the right hand to our Director of Digital Marketing, providing day-to-day support across social media, content creation, marketing projects, and agent services.
This position is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in digital marketing within a fast-paced real estate environment. Success in this role means being proactive, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to help the digital marketing department operate more efficiently.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Social Media Support

  • Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, & TikTok.

  • Draft captions and assist with creating engaging social media content.

  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across company social media platforms.

  • Maintain content calendars and help ensure posts are published on schedule.

  • Research current social media trends and content ideas.


Content Creation

  • Film short-form content for agents, company events, and brand initiatives.

  • Assist agents with basic video editing using CapCut, Instagram Edits, and Canva.

  • Create simple graphics and marketing assets in Canva.

  • Assist with brainstorming content ideas and campaign planning.


Marketing & Administrative Support

  • Assist agents with basic social media questions, content uploads, and marketing requests.

  • Support the Director of Digital Marketing with social media classes, workshops, and training sessions.

  • Gather social media performance metrics and assist with preparing reports.

  • Provide general administrative support to help keep marketing projects on schedule.


Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, or digital content (internships and portfolio work welcome).

  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, & TikTok.

  • Experience with Canva and basic video editing software such as CapCut or Instagram Edits.

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative, dependable, and eager to learn.
