Design & Remodel Brothers is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Desk & Office Assistant to join our growing remodeling company.

This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to begin a career in customer service, business administration, or office management. We are looking for a positive, motivated individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Previous internship or office experience is a plus but not required.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll help create a welcoming experience while supporting our administrative team with daily office operations.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Welcome homeowners and visitors

Schedule appointments and consultations

Perform daily client intake

Organize and file physical and digital documents

Keep the showroom clean and presentable

Scan, print, and prepare documents

Assist with office supplies and inventory

Enter customer information into company software

Perform light data entry

Support the Administrative Manager

Assist other departments as needed
