Job description

Etsy Optimizer and Sales Driver

Sugar Plum Chocolates / DM Snacks is looking for an experienced Etsy Optimizer and Sales Driver who knows how to grow sales, improve listings, and turn an Etsy shop into a serious revenue channel.

This is not an entry-level position. We are only looking for someone with real Etsy marketplace experience and proof of past results.

The right candidate must understand Etsy SEO, listing optimization, product titles, keywords, tags, images, pricing, promotions, ads, conversion strategy, and how to position products so they get found and purchased.

We manufacture gourmet chocolates, nuts, snack gifts, seasonal gifts, holiday items, and custom giftable food products. We need someone who can take our existing product catalog and build a stronger Etsy presence with better listings, better visibility, and better sales.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize our Etsy shop
Improve titles, tags, descriptions, photos, pricing, and product positioning
Research keywords and competitor listings
Create listings that are built to rank and convert
Run and manage Etsy ads profitably
Identify best-selling product opportunities
Improve shop layout, categories, bundles, and seasonal collections
Build holiday, gift, and occasion-based sales strategies
Track sales, traffic, conversion rates, ad spend, and profitability
Recommend new products or packaging ideas based on Etsy trends
Work with our internal team on images, product details, and inventory needs
Help drive measurable revenue growth on Etsy

Requirements

Must have prior Etsy selling or Etsy management experience
Must show proof of past Etsy sales growth or successful shop management
Must understand Etsy SEO and marketplace ranking
Must know how to write high-converting Etsy listings
Must have experience with Etsy ads and promotions
Must be able to analyze numbers and explain what is working
Must be creative, detail-oriented, and sales-driven
Food, gift, chocolate, snack, or seasonal product experience is a plus
Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, or other marketplace experience is a plus, but Etsy experience is required
