OrangeTwist is seeking a motivated, entry-level or soon-to-be licensed Esthetician to join our team as a Treatment Specialist (Receptionist). This role is expected to primarily focus on front desk responsibilities during approximately the first twelve (12) months of employment, subject to change based on business needs, with responsibilities centered on reception, administrative support, client communications, and sales activities. During this initial 12-month period, the Treatment Specialist (Receptionist) will serve as the primary first point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming, professional, and rejuvenating experience through exceptional customer service. While this position includes exposure to and training in OrangeTwist's esthetic treatments, such training is provided for professional development and preparation for potential future growth and does not guarantee a promotion or transition into an Esthetician role within any specific timeframe.
Based on business needs, availability, and completion of required licensing and qualifications, the employee may be asked to assist with treatments on a limited or backup basis. If a licensed Esthetician position becomes available prior to the completion of the 12-month period, and the business determines the employee is qualified and ready, an earlier transition may be considered; however, such a transition is not guaranteed.
This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about client care, organization, sales support and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced wellness and beauty environment while building a foundation for long-term career growth.

Schedule: 2-3 shifts a week, working all weekends
Compensation: Total compensation of $27-$63 hourly, based on performance
What You Will Do:
Front Desk, Reception & Administrative (Primary Focus - First 12 Months):
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, delivering a welcoming, professional, and high-quality experience
  • Greet visitors, complete the check-in process, and connect clients with the appropriate OrangeTwist team member
  • Answer phones and center email in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
  • Schedule appointments, manage client communications, and respond to questions and inquiries
  • Process client payments and support retail and service sales
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail; prepare outgoing mail and packages
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, organizing, and maintaining records
  • Partner with Center Management to order and maintain front desk and office supplies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Sales, Client Engagement & Business Support:
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships to support retention and satisfaction
  • Promote OrangeTwist services, memberships, rewards, and referral programs
  • Support lead generation, referrals, and outbound client communications as assigned
  • Assist with business-to-business (B2B) outreach and community engagement initiatives
  • Represent OrangeTwist in a positive and professional manner at all times
Training & Professional Development (Secondary Focus - After 6 months):
  • Learn OrangeTwist treatments, skincare services, and procedures
  • Participate in hands-on training and observation of treatment protocols for development purposes
  • Assist with treatments on a limited or backup basis when business needs require and qualifications are met
Qualifications:
  • Currently in an esthetics program
  • -OR-
  • Certificate of Completion of an esthetics program
  • State Board Certification of Barber and Cosmetology
  • Valid State Esthetician License
  • Current, unrestricted esthetician license to practice in the state
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
  • Valid State Master Esthetician License preferred (where applicable by state regulations)
  • Valid State Advanced Esthetician License preferred (where applicable by state regulations)
  • Laser Certification preferred (required where mandated by state regulations)
