About the Role:

As a Learning Leader Esti at TURNAGE BEAUTY INSTITUTE, LLC, you will be responsible for leading and managing the esthetics program. You will be responsible for ensuring that the program meets the highest standards of quality and that students receive the best possible education. You will work closely with the faculty and staff to develop and implement curriculum, evaluate student progress, and provide guidance and support to students. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that students are well-prepared to enter the workforce as skilled and knowledgeable estheticians.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid Esthetician License in the state of requesting Employment
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an esthetician
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and implementing curriculum
  • Experience in a teaching or training role
  • Experience in the beauty industry
  • leadership or management experience

Responsibilities:
