Position Overview:
The ERP Clerk position is responsible for the accurate movement of materials to all production batch orders by verifying the returned material quantities are correct as listed in AX. The ERP clerk works closely with the Supply Chain, Warehouse & Production area teams to supply materials for the production run plan, and communicates material shortages, and KPI's (inventory accuracy) for each day across all shifts within the production departments. The ERP clerk will work with Cycle Counter on aged inventory reporting and coordinate extension, destruction, and replenishment appropriately to maintain the production schedule. The ERP Clerk will report directly to the Warehouse supervisor.
Responsibilities:
• Closing out batch orders and monitoring prompt consumption Inventory / Non - inventory.
• Notify purchasing of unplanned materials shortages as necessary (inventory / non-inventory).
• Communicate with the supervisors any discrepancies in production reporting specifically, variances to planned output.
• Ensure material used from production report matches BOM and alert Master scheduler (Planning).
• Assist warehouse supervisor with tracking jobs /manufacturing orders.
• Help and assist cycle counter as necessary and/or required.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report on them to the necessary parties.
• Ensure clear communication across departments.
• Operate powered industrial trucks and/or equipment, as needed.
Qualifications:
• Self-directed and personally motivated.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Dynamics AX(ERP system) is strongly preferred.
• Strong cross functional communication skills. Must have the ability to meet the information needs of the team through regular and effective communication and follow-up.
• Available and flexible to work overtime as needed to support the team and the business needs.
• Support inventory accuracy by performing systematic adjustments/ inventory moves within AX to ensure accurate material usage and returns to inventory.
• Knowledgeable of administrative processes, systems, and procedures for area of responsibility.
• Have significant experience related to area of responsibility.
• The ability to fully comprehend, read, write & speak English is required.
• Inventory experience preferred.
• Very strong administrative and planning skills.
• Positive, respectful, high energy, team focused, and motivating personality with the team and across functions.
• Team player able to work well with others and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Ability to remain calm, apply good judgment and decision making under pressure.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot a variety of issues (assess a situation, identify the cause, and determine potential solutions).
• Able to take initiative to make things better and is positive and supportive of process improvement efforts.
• Strong record of performance in the areas of attendance, safety, quality, and productivity.
• High school diploma/GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
Hours, Location and Pay:
We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This role works 5:40pm to 6:00am at our Little Chute, WI manufacturing facility.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.
