As an entry-level Equity Trader, you will undergo a comprehensive training program meticulously crafted to equip you with the essential skills for success in the ever-changing trading environment. Led by our experienced Head Trader and other seasoned professionals, the training commences in the classroom and seamlessly transitions to our trading floor. We firmly believe that live trading is the most effective method for learning and succeeding in this dynamic environment.
Successful candidates must embody the dual qualities of being self-starters and effective team learners. The role is best suited to individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment, while demonstrating a keen ability to maintain focus and composure under intense pressure.
While new traders will have the opportunity to earn bonuses from trading right away, we recognize that there is a learning curve that varies for each individual. To help counter that, we place a strong emphasis on actively trading and gaining experience right off the bat. Our primary focus is on providing a supportive environment for continuous growth and improvement. This position offers an annual base salary starting at $36,000 + a monthly bonus from trading profits.
Requirements
This role is limited to persons with unrestricted/indefinite right to work in the United States.
To be considered for the position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • SIE & Series 57 exams: Employment is contingent upon successfully passing both exams BEFORE the start date.
  • Team player/coachable: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team & a coachable mindset.
  • Emotional discipline: Balancing highs and lows to stay even keel.

While not required, it is highly recommended for interested individuals to take and pass the SIE as soon as possible.
