About the Role

HUB International South Florida isseekinga motivated and detail-oriented Wealth Management Client Support Analyst to join our growing advisory team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone early in their financial services career who is eager to builda strong foundationin wealth management operations and client service.You'llplay a critical role in keeping client accounts running smoothly while developing a deeper understanding of financial markets and investment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performaccurateandtimelydata entry across client accounts, custodial platforms, and internal systems

  • Process and manage new account applications and account maintenance requests

  • Execute and track money movement transactions, including transfers, distributions, and contributions

  • Support advisor workflows including paperwork preparation, document management, and compliance-related tasks

  • Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of transactions

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client recordsin accordance withfirm policies

  • Assistwith onboarding new clients and supporting ongoing client service needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degreerequired;Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
