Join our family-owned, independent agency in Tyrone, GA, as a Team Support Specialist, an entry-level role designed to help you learn the industry, gain your license, and chart your career path. This position provides hands-on experience across all departments—Personal, Commercial, and Farm/Equine—while supporting our team and clients every day. What You’ll Do:

  • Learn on the Job: Gain insurance knowledge and support your team while working toward licensing and professional development.

  • Be the Frontline of Service: Greet visitors, assist clients, and ensure a welcoming, professional office experience.

  • Support Operations: Manage mail, documents, CRM updates, and general administrative tasks.

  • Assist the Team: Help Account Managers with certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and client requests as you learn the business.

  • Explore Your Career Path: Get exposure to Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Farm/Equine departments to determine the best fit for your growth.
