Job description

Overview

We are hiring a Systems Analyst II, Epic Clinical Applications (Epic Radiant and Epic Cupid) to lead the build, implementation, optimization, and support of Epic clinical applications. In this role, you will serve as a key partner between Information Services, clinical and operational departments, and software vendors to ensure Epic solutions support high-quality patient care and efficient workflows. You will lead application enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide expert guidance on system design, configuration, testing, and ongoing support.

What you'll do
  • Lead the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of assigned Epic clinical applications and system enhancements.
  • Partner with end users to evaluate workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
  • Serve as a Tier 2 support resource, investigating and resolving application issues while ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Develop system documentation, support materials, and training resources, while educating team members on application updates and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders, report developers, and vendors to support reporting needs, regulatory requirements, and data-driven decision making.
Who you are
  • Experienced in systems analysis, application support, or healthcare information technology, with at least 3 years of related experience.
  • Skilled at gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, troubleshooting application issues, and implementing technology solutions.
  • Able to build strong relationships across technical and operational teams and communicate complex information clearly.
  • Associate degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Epic certification in the assigned application area and/or professional licensure or certification related to your field preferred.
