Responsibilities:

  • As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the design, scoping, project timeline adherence and go live support to meet business process and roll out of new community connect sites in the client's market.

  • You will be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, support scoping and business conversations, plan for cutover and support go live and cutover activities.

  • Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

  • Expert proficiency in Epic Systems is required.

  • Master proficiency in Build Management, Expert proficiency in Configuration & Release Management, and Expert proficiency in Design & Build Enablement are recommended.

  • Develop innovative solutions to meet business requirements

  • Crosswalk workflows and current state processes to ensure needs are met for each unique partner.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application implementation

  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members

  • Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Cadence and Prelude Analyst/Team role

  • Experience and certification in Epic Cadence and Prelude

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working for a consulting firm

  • Experience in at least 1 full implementation of Epic

  • Experience in Epic Grand Central, Real Time Eligibility, Referrals
