Job description

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Entry Level Assembler (2nd Shift). The hourly rate for this position is $19.80 + $1.00 Shift Differential per hour. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
HOURS: 3:30PM - Midnight

What you'll do:
  • Set up, assembly, and repairing when necessary
  • Perform quality and SPC checks where necessary to produce good quality devices
  • Share in handling all materials used in the cell and the movement of finished devices to designated areas
  • Adhere to and support all facility environmental guidelines and procedures to identify additional pollution prevention projects to reduce waste and raw material consumption.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Must have a high school diploma/GED from and accredited association
  • No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate Lincoln, IL area (70 miles) will be considered for this position. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
