Entry Level Sales Representative - Engage, Educate, Connect, Sell!


This is an in-person sales and customer engagement role!


We’re looking for an energetic and personable Entry Level Sales Representative to connect with customers in person, provide helpful information on their wireless and cellular decisions, and support a positive sales experience from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys direct face-to-face customer interaction, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in person to understand their wireless and cellular needs and provide tailored support
  • Communicate product and service options clearly and professionally
  • Assist with onboarding, follow-ups, and general customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the team to improve customer experience and engagement
  • Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and a service-first attitude


Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, adaptable, and comfortable speaking with customers
  • Ability to learn quickly and deliver clear, accurate information
