In our 6-9 month training program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. Our program is perfect for college graduates looking to gain experience within the sales and marketing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommend and promote products to customers based on their specific needs

  • Acquire new skills by cross-training in all departments of customer service, sales, and marketing

  • Remain consistent with meeting personal sales targets, as we as looking for opportunities to impact fellow teammates to exceed their own individual goals
