Cahills Construction, Inc. is looking for a Construction Estimator to join our team in Rolla, MO. This is an entry-level, full-time position with opportunities for growth. You’ll work alongside experienced estimators and project managers, learning how to prepare accurate bids and support preconstruction efforts.


Responsibilities

  • Review drawings and specifications to perform quantity take-offs
  • Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates and proposals
  • Contact subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing
  • Track bid schedules, addenda, and proposal deadlines
  • Provide general support to the Preconstruction team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic computer applications
  • Good communication and organizational skills
