To thrive as an Entry Level EMR Analyst, you generally need a background in health information technology, computer science, or a related field, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Epic or Cerner, and knowledge of data management or HIPAA compliance, is typically required.
