Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a Sr

Embedded Engineer to lead platform specific projects and initiatives on Satellite as well as Ground Systems.
An ideal candidate would have multi-year experience working on mobile communications (cellular or microwave) and impacting ASIC projects before and after silicon tapeouts. The candidate should be familiar with and have demonstrated experience in kernel programming and/or device drivers, and/or working with peripheral devices.

Experience with ethernet, SPI, I3C interfaces, flash devices and other standard protocol based peripherals is highly desired. Experience with ARM based systems, FPGA based components is desired.

As a senior embedded software engineer on our team, you'll spend your days developing and deploying MAC and PHY software stacks on FPGAs and pre-silicon platforms for our custom modem and beamforming chips.

You'll provide technical leadership to a talented team of engineers, guiding architecture decisions and mentoring the next generation of innovators. You'll build automation and tooling that bridges production software from previous generations with next-generation prototyping platforms. Throughout it all, you'll make sharp tactical tradeoffs, communicate priorities with clarity and transparency, and keep strategic outcomes firmly in sight.
