Job description

We are representing a FORTUNE 500 manufacturing organization who is actively seeking an Associate/Entry level Electrical Engineer for the organizations Leadership Development program. This position will report to the Site Engineering Director who is looking to begin the interview process ASAP. POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Provide key input into the development of departmental strategic goals along with identifying key measurable to support the departmental goals.
  • Maintain PLC based control systems for manufacturing automation and instrumentation.
  • Program PLC ladder logic (Allen Bradley)
  • Lead projects and assist skilled trades in electrical disciplines.
  • Support operations in electrical/controls troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
  • Work closely with engineering team to define system control needs.
  • Assist corporate controls in engineering changes and new programs.
  • Guides design, develops and tests electrical control methods, materials, processes and results.
  • Champion assigned engineering changes communicate and coordinate accordingly to all

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required for consideration.
  • Experience in Allen Bradley PLC's a plus.
  • Proficient in reading, interpreting and editing electrical schematics and diagrams
