Job Description:

ForceX is seeking an Electrical Engineer to deliver mission-focused technical solutions from concept through deployment and sustainment. The role partners across disciplines to translate requirements into executable designs that meet performance, cost, and schedule objectives. The Electrical Engineer architects, designs, develops, and integrates electrical hardware solutions for high-performance mission systems. The role is accountable for technical quality, compliance, and cross-functional design integration. This level is an entry-level professional role with broad theoretical job knowledge and guided execution on non-routine tasks.

Essential Functions:

Execute engineering work products from requirements through verification and technical documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware, software, and operational constraints into practical solutions.

Conduct technical analysis, risk identification, and trade studies to support design decisions.

Present technical status, issues, and recommendations in formal and informal reviews.

Contribute to proposal, planning, and execution activities aligned to program milestones.

Support compliance with customer, regulatory, and security requirements.

Travel up to 25% to support integration, test, customer engagement, and program execution.

Support work performed in a classified and or controlled environment.

Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for program needs.

Create and maintain schematics, layouts, and electrical technical documentation.

Perform calculations, simulations, and analyses to verify performance and reliability.

Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and failure mode analyses.

Support prototype fabrication, test execution, and interpretation of results.

Develop and verify harness and interconnect designs, routing strategies, and interface control documentation.

Qualifications:

To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Science or related field or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.ย
