Job description

JSG is hiring an Entry Level - Recent Grad RF Test Tech / Electrical Engineer for our client in Cypress, CA.
Pay rate: $25-$32 DOE 
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical and RF testing of oscillator products using approved procedures.
  • Collect, analyze, and document test data.
  • Operate RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, power meters, and frequency counters.
  • Configure test setups and verify equipment calibration.
  • Troubleshoot test failures and support root-cause investigations.
  • Review product configurations against drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
  • Maintain compliance with ESD, quality, and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Person as defined by EAR and ITAR regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Basic knowledge of RF principles, electronic circuits, and electrical measurements.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on RF lab, internship, or project experience.
  • Familiarity with RF test equipment and measurement techniques.
  • Understanding of frequency, gain, attenuation, impedance matching, VSWR, and return loss.
