About the Role


T-Pro Tires is a family-owned automotive business in Patterson, NY. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Office & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants hands-on experience in customer service, business operations, administration, and marketing.

The position can be part-time or full-time and involves working directly with customers and our team in a fast-paced, small-business environment.


Responsibilities


  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers at the front desk
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Schedule customer appointments and maintain the daily schedule
  • Greet customers and assist with general questions
  • Perform general administrative and front-office duties
  • Maintain organized customer and business records
  • Assist with social media content, basic photo/video editing, and marketing initiatives
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Assist management with day-to-day business operations and special projects as needed
