  • Strong portfolio showing winning short-form content

Advanced Editing Skills
  • Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Comfortable using AI tools like OpusClip to increase output and efficiency

Deep Understanding of Social Media
  • You understand algorithms, retention curves, hooks, and pacing
  • You think in terms of performance metrics, not just visuals

Creative + Analytical Mindset
  • You know why a video works, and can repeat that success
  • You can adjust based on performance data and feedback

High Standards & Attention to Detail
  • Clean captions, proper formatting, safe zones, and audio balance are non-negotiable
  • You care about the final product like it represents your personal brand

What Success Looks Like in This Role
  • Content consistently hits strong engagement and retention benchmarks
  • Output is both high-quality and high-volume
  • You become a key driver of LB Capital's social growth and brand presence
