TEKsystem's client is seeking a Proofreader contractor to join the Marketing Operations team. This role will support the end-to-end review of all B2C content, including but not limited to marketing campaign, email campaigns, web banners and signage in store and digital, new products coming in store, promos, social media + media copy, monthly retail playbook. Other work could stretch to reviewing catering menu copy, venue copy, product ingredients copy.

• Proof all marketing deliverables for copy accuracy, grammar, spelling, and brand voice before release

• Support copy editing in English and Spanish for headlines, subheads, CTAs, and short-form signage text

• Maintain, update, and distribute brand content style guides

• Streamline proofing workflows to reduce turnaround time

• Partner with Studio Artists to catch errors early and reduce revision cycles

• Create standardized templates that enable stakeholders to update content independently

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
