Position Overview
Build the courses that thousands of insurance professionals learn from. Applied University sits inside Onboarding and Success Services, the group responsible for implementation, product training and customer adoption. You'll work alongside experienced designers, product managers, and subject matter experts, with real ownership of your own course projects from your first quarter. This is an entry-level role. You'll come in with instructional design fundamentals and grow your depth in three areas: our products, the insurance industry, and adult learning practice. You'll get structured mentorship from senior designers while taking on your own projects - planning, researching, and building - with support rather than hand-holding. We're looking for someone genuinely curious about how people learn, who likes making complicated things clear, and who wants to see their work used.
