What You’ll Be Doing

  • Process inbound orders and verify pricing, minimums, freight terms, approvals, and licenses.
  • Communicate backorders, alternatives, and additional charges.
  • Track, update, and resolve daily tickets in HubSpot.
  • Support customer inquiries on orders, products, troubleshooting, and finance issues.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate fulfillment.
  • Escalate issues when needed and balance customer needs with company policy.

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Comfortable using CRM and ERP systems like HubSpot and Microsoft Business Central.
  • Experienced with medical devices or medical product environments.
  • Strong professional communication and polished phone etiquette.
  • Preferably familiar with EDI order processing or international shipments.
