  • Participate in ongoing training and development to build expertise in account management, consultative client engagement, and enterprise solutions.
  • Track progress on assigned accounts and contribute ideas that support client success and business growth.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals with strong potential, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in building client relationships. We prioritize skills and mindset over prior professional experience and provide full training for the right candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a corporate client management role.
We especially encourage applications from individuals who are organized, personable, proactive learners, and excited about developing long-term client relationships with major corporations.

Compensation & Benefits

We are committed to supporting early-career professionals with competitive pay and strong growth opportunities:
  • Compensation based on qualifications and location, plus incentives tied to account growth and new business.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance provided.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Dedicated mentorship program and structured on-boarding/training to help you succeed quickly.
