Job description

We are seeking teacher's aides to join our organization! This individual will help support the lead teachers in creating a fun, clean and safe environment for our students to learn and engage in daily

Responsibilities:

  • Support Lead Teachers in the daily curriculum
  • Prepare meals
  • Support children in bathroom breaks
  • Ensure the environment is ready for children to engage
  • Build relationships with the children and families in our care

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in child care is helpful but not required
  • Passionate about working with children
  • Ability to build rapport with children, parents and coworkers
  • Positive and patient demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others
