Position Summary...The Manager, Learning Designer leads the development and implementation of technology-enabled learning solutions that address operational needs and enhance training effectiveness. This role involves analyzing performance gaps, designing curricula based on adult learning principles, and collaborating with stakeholders to align training with key performance indicators. The position requires expertise in content creation, learning management systems, and innovative educational technologies to drive adoption and continuous improvement. The Manager fosters a culture of excellence by providing guidance, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, and supporting business objectives through strategic learning initiatives.

The CES Learning & Development team designs and delivers comprehensive onboarding and ongoing learning programs that equip associates and partners to provide exceptional customer support. Focusing on new hire training, upskilling, and just-in-time learning, the team builds essential knowledge, skills, and confidence aligned with evolving business priorities. Utilizing advanced learning and business systems, the team develops and manages engaging content and training solutions. This collaborative group supports continuous improvement and operational excellence, ensuring associates are prepared to meet customer needs effectively while fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.   • Lead the design and development of technology-enabled learning solutions aligned with operational needs and adult learning principles.
  • Evaluate current training systems and recommend innovative eLearning tools to enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Develop and oversee training content, including interactive exercises and simulations, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and tailor curriculum to address performance improvements.
  • Measure training impact through data analysis and adjust programs to optimize outcomes.
  • Provide expert guidance on learning strategies and support adoption of new educational technologies.
  • Foster strong partnerships to ensure training initiatives meet business objectives and ethical standards.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in learning design, adult learning principles, and educational technologies to develop effective training programs.
  • Experience leading curriculum development aligned with operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and business needs.
  • Strong skills in content creation, course development, and use of learning management systems including Articulate 360.
  • Ability to analyze training effectiveness through data evaluation and continuous program improvement.
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive adoption of technology-enabled learning solutions.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and maintaining high-quality training delivery within a dynamic operational environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
