  • Process approved inventory adjustments, transfers, and other inventory transactions within the ERP system.
  • Monitor inventory movements between manufacturing, warehouse, outlet, and distribution locations.
  • Verify that physical inventory movements are accurately reflected in the ERP system.
  • Identify materials that are missing, incorrectly reserved, damaged, or otherwise unavailable for production.

  • Coordinate with Quality regarding damaged, defective, or non-conforming inventory and ensure appropriate inventory adjustments are completed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of furniture components, including frames, feet, hardware, cushions, casegoods components, packaging materials, and other production supplies.
  • Assist with inventory requirements related to outlet orders, transfers, replacements, and special projects.
  • Run, review, and distribute inventory reports as needed.

  • Identify recurring inventory errors and recommend process or procedural improvements.
  • Train and assist warehouse and inventory employees with proper scanning, inventory movement, and transaction procedures.
  • Ensure inventory-related standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed and assist with updating procedures when processes change.
  • Escalate significant inventory discrepancies, recurring issues, or potential financial impacts to management.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues and improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
