As a Customer Service Specialist (CSS), you'll be working in our call center, handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service over the phone. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, making their experience with Prairie State Bank amp; Trust seamless and memorable. Your mission will be to provide Above amp; Beyond service, build strong customer relationships, and help our customers navigate their banking needs with confidence.
