iWorkforce Solutions (iWS) is seeking motivated individuals for entry-level Manufacturing and Assembly roles. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components according to engineering specifications while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and safety. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on industrial experience and cross-train across multiple production areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly & Production: Assemble screens and parts to engineering specifications in a safe and cost-efficient manner. Duties include trimming, marking, boxing, crating, and cutting materials (screen and steel) to length.

  • Quality Control: Inspect finished parts and components to ensure exact dimensional accuracy and quantity.

  • Equipment Maintenance: Properly store equipment, tools, and materials; utilize tools such as grinders as necessary.

  • Cross-Training: Maintain a willingness to cross-train into various production departments to support changing manufacturing schedules.

  • Facility Upkeep: Assist with routine plant housekeeping duties, including sweeping, emptying trash barrels, and ensuring proper chemical storage.

  • Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety and environmental policies, utilize mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE), and promptly report any safety hazards or injuries.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • No prior experience or formal education required-entry-level candidates are welcome!

  • Strong communication skills (ability to speak, read, and write English preferred).

  • High flexibility and availability to work extended daily hours and weekends.

  • Ability to work comfortably in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility (no air conditioning).
