What is an entry level drug rep?

An entry level drug rep, also known as a pharmaceutical sales representative, is a professional who promotes and sells pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. They typically work for drug manufacturers and are responsible for educating medical professionals about new and existing medications, their benefits, and proper usage. Entry level reps often focus on building relationships, learning about the products they represent, and meeting sales targets in their assigned territories.
