JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Representative serves as the face of Rite Way in retail environments. They are responsible for engaging prospective new customers, making a strong positive impression, and securing sales leads.

*This is a part-time, non-exempt (hourly) position. The salary range above is an estimate of total annual compensation including base pay and sales incentives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Display a positive, upbeat, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Proactively interact with prospective customers and engage them in conversation.
  • Set appointments for the purchase of new air conditioning/heating equipment and/or water heaters.
  • Provide information to customers to help them in their purchasing decisions for Rite Way's products and services.
  • Travel to retail outlet and perform work independently and with little to no supervision.
  • Accurately and timely processes leads into the leads capture application.
  • Communicate with manager daily regarding leads generated.
  • Maintain table/booth with information regarding Company products and services.
  • Observes all safety and company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
  • Treat all customers as a priority.
  • Attends all training programs as required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & CONDITIONS

  • Work in this position is generally conducted in a retail sales environment.
  • This position requires continuous standing for at least four hours at a time.
  • Periodic meetings will be attended at the corporate office.

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Shifts consist of up to 30 hours per week and may vary based on business needs and seasonality. Assigned shifts will generally be scheduled between 9AM and 9PM, Sunday through Saturday. Evening and weekend work is required.
