Job description

Deliver advanced nursing care for medically complex patients.

We’re seeking experienced and compassionate LTAC Registered Nurses to care for patients requiring extended hospital‐level treatment. If you’re confident managing high‐acuity, chronically ill patients and value continuity of care, this role offers meaningful impact every shift.

Schedule

  • Per Diem
  • 12‐Hour Shifts
    • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Days)
    • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Nights)

What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex, long‐term medical needs
  • Perform detailed patient assessments and continuous monitoring
  • Manage ventilators, tracheostomies, feeding tubes, central lines, and complex wounds
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, titratable drips, and blood products per provider orders
  • Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition promptly
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case management, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Support patient stabilization, recovery, or transition to the next level of care
  • Educate patients and families on disease processes and long‐term treatment plans
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols
  • Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

  • Active RN license in the state of practice
