A Dollar Tree Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations while ensuring excellent customer service, operational excellence, and profitability. Typical responsibilities include:

Leadership & Team Management

Recruit, hire, train, and develop associates and assistant managers.

Create work schedules and ensure adequate staffing.

Coach, mentor, and evaluate team performance.

Address employee concerns and enforce company policies and procedures.

Store Operations

Oversee the daily operation of the store.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, safe, and customer-ready.

Open and close the store according to company procedures.

Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and safety regulations.

Customer Service

Deliver a positive shopping experience.

Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.

Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the store.

Inventory & Merchandising

Manage inventory levels and oversee freight processing.

Ensure merchandise is stocked, recovered, and displayed according to company standards.
